Poop
What is it with almost 3 year old boys and their obsession with poop? Lucas thinks he is the funniest thing ever when he discusses poop, which is often. Things look like poop, feel like poop, smell like poop, tastes like poop, ARE poop, etc. He is most often referring to toys or food at these moments... So silly!

Christmas is Coming!!!
I absolutely LOVE this time of year... From Halloween through New Year's is my FAVORITE!!! Not sure exactly why - lots of family time, food, decorations??? Lights, candles, who knows??? I told Tony if we could leave the lights up all year, I'd promise to always be in a happy mood! Over the last week and a half, we've put up our indoor/outdoor Christmas decorations, and decorated both our and Mommom's tree. Here are just some pics of the holiday festivities...

First snow
8 months
I know I'm a little late here, but Charlotte turned 8 months about 2 weeks ago. She is getting pretty good at eating some puffs and other little snacks that she can pick up. Still gets up usually twice a night, much to my dismay. She's still such a happy girl and just goes with the flow. Today she was actually crawling some. Nowhere fast, but definitely crawling a little. Maybe by her 9 month birthday, she'll really be on the move!

Sick days...
We just got over a few days with both kids sick. Boo!!! As soon as we got back from our Thanksgiving trip, Charlotte came down with what seemed like a cold. By Wednesday, she was wheezing with each breath, so to the doctor we went. They gave her an asthma medicine that we had to give her every 4 hours via a nebulizer. I didn't even know what that was. If you don't either, see pic below. She was not a fan of it. We had to hold that mask over her mouth/nose for 15 minutes to give one dose! Lucas had a fever Thursday/Friday, and his personality was just "off" (read: whine and cry about EVERYTHING) all weekend. Thank goodness we're starting this week back in good health :)
Moving Out
Well, Tony says that Lucas might as well be "moving out"... We're doing some re-arranging around the house... Getting rid of the basement tv and instead using a projector onto the wall... got some new exercise equipment, which meant we had to find something else to do with Lucas' big Thomas the Train table... His room was the only answer. While we were at it, I moved all his toys/stuffed animals into the big boy room that he's been in since July... Until now, all the toys were in Lottie's room. We referred to it as the nursery/playroom. Well, now Lucas loves to go up there and play trains whenever he feels like it. This morning he went up any played for over an hour by himself. He even told me NOT to come up! That little stinker is growing up way too fast!
