\Yeah, I'm that behind... Anyway, on Saturday Lily came over to play on the slip-n-slide!
Sunday morning we went to the flea market yet again (seems to be turning into a weekly routine - not sure how I feel about that?) and then out to Patapsco State Park. We planned to do a little hiking and fishing like last time. But, as we were getting out of the car, Lucas threw up a little bit and started whining. We made him take a shorter than planned walk - cause we're hardcore like that - no sissies in this family! When we got to the bottom of the hill and the little beach, he sat for a little while before finally starting to play. He enjoyed skipping rocks. Lottie enjoyed getting filthy - as usual. Sitting in the water and mud, picking up handfuls of dirt and dropping in onto her lap. She was a disgusting mess, but had fun.
Then he fished a little bit. He uses a real lure now and all. At one point, Tony and I were playing with Lottie on the beach. We hear Lucas calling, "Look guys, I caught a fish! Hey guys!!!" We thought he was pretending, or talking about his lure... or maybe a little fish was following his lure in...? But, we turned around and this is what we saw - Lucas caught and reeled in his very own little bass!!!
