Gorgeous!

What a great day we've had so far! First, it's sunny and with temps in the mid 70's... We got up this morning and headed to the grocery store. Our cupboards and fridge were bare after our trip. While I put groceries away, the kids actually played for a while with each other... laughing and sharing... the best :)

While Charlotte took her morning nap, Lucas and I read/played a bit and then I got some scrubbing/cleaning done.

When Lottie got up, we headed to the park. On the way, we stopped at Mommom and Pop's to drop something off... And while there, the furniture delivery truck came. So, Lucas got to see the worker guys unload that...

We went to Down's Park right on the bay. Even though it was mega-crowded with all the schools off this week, we still had fun. Took a walk to the pier where we spent quite a while. Then hit the playground for a few minutes...
Once home, we had some lunch. Ever since Lucas' 3 yr check-up, we've been trying to make sure he's eating healthy - not too many snacks/junk. For lunch he asked for cucumbers, carrots, and hummus. I was happy to oblige! Then he wanted some matzos with peanut butter - cause we're Jewish like that?
Next, they both laid down for naps... I can't wait til summer when we can do this every day!
